4-6 Nights - $110.00 per night
1-3 Weeks - $700.00 per week
Month - $2400.00 per month
2-3 Nights - $160.00 per night
4-6 Nights - $150.00 per night
1-3 Weeks - $980.00 per week
Month - $3600.00 per month
Final payment is required 24 hours prior to the day of check-in. Once received, a final confirmation email will be sent to the customer, providing them with the unit details (unit number, entry code, etc...). If remaining balance owing is not paid within this time frame, the unit becomes available for booking at the expense of the customers paid deposit.
A deposit is required to secure a booking. All units are available until received.
2 Bedroom Lower Unit - $25 per night
3 Bedroom Upper Unit - $30 per night
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each bedroom is equipped to only accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
If cancelled 72 hours prior to the first day of check-in, deposit amount paid will be refunded.
All bookings of two weeks or more will require a minimum of one week notification prior to the first day of check-in to be eligible for a refund.
